All Quick Impact Programs (PHTC) are a tangible representation of the government’s commitment to its people, as stated by Chacha Annisa, Senior Expert Staff at the Presidential Communication Office (PCO). During the “Double Check” discussion on “The Role of Family Development in Welcoming Indonesia Emas 2045,” Chacha highlighted the importance of family involvement in the success of government programs. She emphasized that programs such as Free Nutritious Meals (MBG), Free Health Checks (CKG), School-Based Free Health Checks, Sekolah Rakyat, School Renovation, Digital Learning, and Merah Putih Village/Neighborhood Cooperatives are all aimed at benefiting families, but active participation from families is crucial for their effectiveness.
Drawing from her experience monitoring the School-Based Free Health Checks with the Ministry of Health, Chacha stressed the importance of informing and educating parents to ensure smooth implementation of the program. She shared how the CKG program has encouraged healthy habits among students, such as eating breakfast for energy and reducing screen time for better eyesight. The achievements of the PHTC initiative were also highlighted, including the establishment of Nutrition Service Units, reaching millions of beneficiaries, creating thousands of jobs, and conducting health checks for millions of people and students.
Chacha underscored that these achievements are more than just numbers—they represent the government’s commitment and active presence in improving the lives of its citizens. The success of PHTC programs is dependent on the active participation of families, reflecting the collaborative effort between the government and its people.
